The following is a list of the documents we will need to process your loan application. We have also included questionnaires and several of the forms for your convenience.


FOR EXISTING BUSINESSES (Currently owned or purchasing company)
Balance Sheet and Income Statement for last three (3) years
Balance Sheet and Income Statement dated within 90 days of application
Last three (3) years income tax returns.
Current Personal Financial Statement (Form 4 below) and Income Tax Returns for last three (3) years
FOR NEW BUSINESS
Balance Sheet indicating estimated assets, liabilities, and net worth on first day of business.
Projected Income Statements (Form 3 below) detailing estimated income and expenses for at least first three (3) years.
Assumptions must be included.
Business Plan and Market Study should be included.
COLLATERAL
Include estimated value and any current appraisals, including tax appraisals.
For Real Estate, include copy of Deed of Trust and Purchase Contract.
For new construction, include copy of construction bids or contracts.
BRIEF HISTORY OF BUSINESS - Brief Narrative
Include brief benefits of this loan.
Include advertising brochures, list of major customers, etc.
